KabelJoe's menu was created to be able to cook each item we sell in KabelJoe's, as far away as the Kalahari at an open fire, or outside or remote kitchen. We specialize in local indigenous foods and red meats to add for those that cannot eat seafood in your party. The limit is your imagination.

Whether for your loved one and you, or a family gathering or just a few friends or a function up to around 20, KabelJoe's has now chosen to bring its kitchen experience to your home or event. We offer seafood dishes featuring all of our recipes, along with traditional red meat grilling, all made directly at your location. Whether it's a family gathering or a larger function, we can cook entirely over the fire or use a combination of fire and kitchen methods based on your available facilities.
