Dog Policy – KabelJoe’s Seafood Restaurant
At KabelJoe’s, we love animals, but we also have a responsibility to comply with health regulations and to ensure a comfortable dining experience for all our guests.
Why dogs are generally not allowed
Health Department regulations do not permit animals inside food service areas.
Many guests are uncomfortable, allergic to, or fearful of dogs.
A restaurant is a shared public space, and consideration for all patrons is essential.
For these reasons, dogs are not generally permitted at KabelJoe’s.
Limited Exceptions (Strictly Controlled)
We may allow dogs only under the following strict conditions:
Only outside, and only at the two edge tables of the restaurant
Never during busy periods
Not on weekends
Not during December holiday season
Dogs must be quiet, well-controlled, and on a leash at all times
If a dog barks even once, shows aggression, or reacts to another dog, the owner will be asked to leave immediately
No dogs are allowed to walk through or stand near food service areas
